DigiMAINT^TM has an average customer loyalty of 8 years and an average fleet size of 14 aircraft and cumulative 1200 aircraft-years. It has been optionally offered as SaaS/ASP since 2001.

WinPMI/PMI^TM has an average customer loyalty of 12 years and an average fleet size of 38 aircraft and a, cumulative, 9000 aircraft-years. It is also available as SaaS/ASP. In total we have 314 Customer-Years experience from our current 30 active-customer base (excluding those who have stopped being active because they've moved on or have gone out of business) servicing a fleet of over 900 aircraft from rotary wing, to modern regional jets and turbo-props and up to B747 and A340. This unique dual product approach allows us to price, configure and implement a solution relative to the size and business process complexity of the airline, rather than cutting corners or removing functions or leaving open-ended implementation projects. Our implementations of DigiMAINT^TM typically are completed in 3-6 months and of WinPMI^TM in 6-9 months depending on size, complexity and diversity of business operations at the airline. We consider the data conversion and migration as the central part of our responsibility in implementation.

We also have DigiDOC^TM - a world-class Digital Content Management solution - implemented in world class airlines and OEM's - tailored for ATA iSPEC2200 and S1000D digital data revisions from OEMs: that means everything built up to and including B777 and A340 as well as the CRJ's and EMB's. We integrate DigiDOC^TM with our own M&E Systems and with any other competitor's M&E System: DigiDOC^TM is not competitive it is fully complementary to parts/configuration/usage based M&E management. Our competitors either boast of having trivial digital content management or partner with major Content Systems providers to match our functionality - but can never match our price!

We also have optional integration solutions with Partners' tools, products and services that offer SPEC2000 E-business (AeroBUY^TM/AeroREPAIR^TM), XML/SQL reporting (DigiREPORTS^TM), Logistics forecasting and planning (DigiPLAN^TM), Troubleshooting (CaseBank/Spotlight - Bombardier "ADS"), Real-time fault analysis and prioritization solutions (DigiSMART^TM) for customers that have the infrastructure to support and benefit from these solutions.

Finally we know the fundamental differences in the business processes and requirements between an airline's M&E an OEM's M&E and 3rd party MRO's M&E system requirements: BIG ERP doesn’t and consequently they market and sell the same product – claiming it’s adjustable. (if the only tool you have is a hammer, all problems look like a nail!). We have achieved all of the above through organic and inorganic growth over the past 12 years while remaining profitable and re-investing in the business for the past consecutive 6 years.
