Buyers can convert quotes from vendors directly into Purchase Orders without the need to re-enter the pertinent information. In addition, Accounts Payable personnel need not reenter any invoicing information but simply perform the PO – Receiving – Invoice match as they currently do.

PMI AeroBUY™ communicates with the parts portal using the secure encrypted messaging and provides a complete audit trail of all transactions.

AeroBuy facilitates optimum value in the supply chain by connecting buyers and sellers, and providing one stop access to all sources of supply including surplus, PMA, and OEM.

PMI AeroBUY™ gives airlines the capability to communicate electronically with both EDI and non-EDI trading partners using advanced portal technology. The solution also ensures electronic access to technical documents (including trace information such as 8130-3 / Form 1 documents), vendor catalogues with secure contract pricing, and real-time access to inventory and lead-time delivery information.
